To help us achieve this for all our clients please:
• Arrive to your appointment on time 
• Set your mobile phones to silent and use headphones if you wish to listen to your phone
• Come along to your appointment alone 
(We do not have seating facilities for anyone without an appointment)
CHILD POLICY
For the comfort and relaxation of our clients and for safety, we have a no children policy.
ALLERGY ALERT TESTING
For all colour services an allergy alert test must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to service. 
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you notify us of any amendments or cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. This is so we may have time to fill the appointment preventing the lose of revenue. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior, may result in charges and/or a deposit may be required for future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please be courteous to your therapist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment there is a possibility that your appointment will need to be rescheduled and may result in charges and/or a deposit may be required for future appointments.
DEPOSITS
For cancellation, rescheduled and for lengthy appointments a deposit may be required.
