We wish for your experience at Ultimate Male Grooming to be relaxing and enjoyable.
To help us achieve this for all our clients please:
• Arrive to your appointment on time
• Set your mobile phones to silent and use headphones if you wish to listen to your phone
• Come along to your appointment alone
(We have no seating facilities for anyone without an appointment)
CHILD POLICY
For the comfort and relaxation of our clients and for health & safety, we have a no children policy.
ALLERGY ALERT TESTING
For all colour and laser services an allergy alert test must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to service.
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you notify us of any amendments or cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. This is so we may have time to fill the appointment preventing the lose of revenue. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior, may result in charges and require a deposit for future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please be courteous to your therapist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment there is a possibility that your appointment will need to be rescheduled and may result in charges and require a deposit for future appointments.
DEPOSITS
For cancellation, reschedules and for lengthy appointments a deposit may be required.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged or redeemed in whole or part for cash.
